FALL CLEAN UP - 2024
City of Sumner 2024 Fall Clean- up
Wednesday October 30th we will collect up to 3-32-gallon bags of trash and up to 3-32-gallon biodegradable bags of yard waste at no additional cost.
Saturday November 2nd, 2024h by 6:00am
Place 1 Appliance curbside (NO ALLEY SERVICE) for pick up at no additional cost. Acceptable items include range, refrigerator, freezer, furnace, dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, hot water tank, trash compactor, or air conditioner- no BBQ’s. All appliances will be collected on Saturday November 2nd .
*This will be the only day appliances will be serviced.
Helpful Hints:
- DO NOT use personal cans for extra garbage or yard waste as we cannot be responsible if they are lost in the truck. No credits will be given for lost cans.
- Please be sure all items are accessible by 6:00am to ensure pick up
- Only the above listed appliances will be accepted for Spring Clean Up. Please place on the curb (sorry no alley pick up due to truck size)
- Please label/id your extra yard waste so it is not confused as trash
- In inclement or rainy weather, please try to ensure items are covered. (Paper biodegradable yard waste bags tend to break & create a mess if left out in the elements.)
- Do not exceed 45lbs per bag for trash or yard waste.
- Please no tires, car parts, barbecues, furniture, mattresses or other bulky items. All items must be contained in a bag.

City of Puyallup 2024 Fall Clean-up
Saturday November 2nd, 2024
9am-2pm Shred Event: Cornforth Campbell Parking Lot: 3rd St SE & Meeker, Puyallup
Residents may bring up to six shopping bags of documents for shredding. All shredding will be done on site, in the presence of the customer so no sensitive documents are relocated to a different site.
Week of October 21st (regular pick-up day) we will collect up to 3-32-gallon bags of trash at no additional cost.
Week of October 21st (East of 512) or Week of October 28th (West of 512) on your regularly scheduled yard waste day we will collect up to 3-32-gallon biodegradable bags of yard waste at no additional cost.
